The Legacy

Box Theory™ was founded by Ron Carroll, who drew on more than forty years of experience in accounting, business ownership, and process improvement to create a practical framework for building and improving high-performance business systems. His work led to the development of The Box Theory Way™, a step-by-step approach that helps organizations design systems that run profitably, predictably, and efficiently.

Ron’s vision was simple but profound: well-designed systems are the building blocks of every successful business. His books and teaching have helped countless business owners and professionals turn chaos into clarity and build organizations that run profitably and predictably.

My Story with Box Theory™

In 2019, I stumbled across Ron’s original Box Theory™ website and it stopped me in my tracks.
I thought, “This is gold.”

The clarity of the concepts, the way it was written, and the practical tools for business
improvement resonated deeply with me. At the time, I was building my career in process
improvement, and when I started applying Box Theory™ to my work, it completely changed the way I improved businesses.

Box Theory™ gave me what I’d been searching for which was a clear, structured way to turn complexity into simplicity. It became the foundation for how I help businesses improve
performance, build consistency, and achieve meaningful results.

I loved it so much that I reached out to Ron and encouraged him to relaunch Box Theory™. Now, I’m excited to share this powerful framework with the world, refreshed and ready for
today’s professionals and businesses.
